Definition of a warning letter or a warning letter

A warning letter or often abbreviated as SP is also commonly referred to as a warning letter. This means a letter containing a warning or reprimand for a violation of a general matter such as being late for work, skipping work or school without any special notification, not participating in work or organizational meetings, and so on.

This warning letter is usually only issued if someone who violates has received verbal warnings several times, but because it has no effect then the manager gives a written warning, namely a warning letter.

In connection with your disciplinary attitude and violation of company rules, based on the results of the September 2019 employee attendance recap, you have been found to be late for work 7 times.

SECOND WARNING LETTER (SP-2)

  1. This warning letter is also a letter of termination of employment (PHK).
